Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Jorge Ceballos is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and strives to make every visit comfortable and welcoming.
Dr. Ceballos has a strong passion for helping people restore confidence through healthy, beautiful smiles. He believes dentistry goes beyond oral health, it has the power to improve self-esteem and overall quality of life. His commitment to service is reflected in his volunteer work with the Iowa Mission of Mercy (IMOM), where he has provided dental care to underserved communities on multiple occasions.
In addition to clinical dentistry, Dr. Ceballos has a strong academic and research background. He had the opportunity to present his research at the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) conference in Bogotá, Colombia, where his work focused on craniofacial development. Through this research, he helped identify a previously undiscovered genetic mutation associated with cleft lip and palate in African populations, an experience that deepened his appreciation for evidence-based dentistry and its impact on patient care.
Dr. Ceballos has completed numerous continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry and is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association , the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is known for his friendly, approachable nature and genuinely loves working with people.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ceballos enjoys traveling, staying active through regular workouts, spending time with family and friends, and participating in outdoor activities.
